1. Subscription Access

2. Billing & Payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Billing occurs automatically at the start of each billing period using your selected payment method.
By subscribing, you authorise Unsent Studio and its third-party payment providers to process recurring payments.
Failure to successfully process payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
Billing periods may be monthly or as specified at checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date.
3. No Free Trials
Unsent Studio does not offer free trials.
Access begins immediately upon successful payment.
There are no introductory rates or promotional pricing unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
4. Pricing Policy
Unsent Studio operates on a standard monthly pricing structure.
There are no introductory rates, temporary discounts, or promotional subscription offers unless explicitly stated in writing on the website at the time of purchase.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
Cancellation:
• Stops future billing
• Does not refund the current billing period
• Allows access until the end of the paid period
6. Failed Payments
If payment fails:

- We may retry billing
- Continued failure may result in cancellation
7. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are not provided once access has been granted, except in limited circumstances.
Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

This Subscription Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
