
REPORTING & ENFORCEMENT
All reports are reviewed. Action is taken where necessary.

1. Reporting Violations
Users may report content, behaviour, or activity that they believe violates:
• Membership Terms
• Acceptable Use Policy
• Applicable laws or regulations
Reports should include sufficient detail to allow us to review the issue.
We reserve the right to assess all reports at our discretion.
2. Review Process
All reports are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We may:
• Investigate reported content or behaviour
• Request additional information
We are not obligated to provide updates or outcomes to reporting users.
3. Enforcement Actions
If a violation is identified, we may take one or more of the following actions:
• Remove or restrict content
• Issue warnings
• Temporarily suspend access
• Permanently terminate accounts
• Restrict access to specific features or services
Action taken will depend on the severity and nature of the violation.
4. Immediate Action
We reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice where:
• There is a risk of harm to users or the platform
• There is suspected illegal activity
• There is abuse, misuse, or security risk
5. Repeat Violations
• Repeated breaches of platform rules may result in:
• Escalated enforcement actions
• Permanent loss of access
6. False or Malicious Reports
Submitting false, misleading, or abusive reports may result in action against the reporting user.
7. No Guarantee of Action
Submitting a report does not guarantee that action will be taken.
All reports are assessed at our sole discretion.
