Unsent Studio is a trading name of Darryl Barton.

1. Membership Access

  • Unsent Studio provides access to digital content through a paid membership
  • By creating an account and subscribing, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access content available within your membership tier
  • All content is provided for personal use only and must not be redistributed, reproduced, or shared without permission

2. Account Registration

To access membership features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information

  • Limit or revoke access to community features
  • Suspend or remove users who violate platform rules
  • Access to community features may be modified or withdrawn at any time

5. Acceptable Use

  • By using the platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy

You must not:

  • Share illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Attempt to bypass access controls or security systems
  • Distribute or leak paid or restricted content
  • Use the platform in a way that may harm the service or other users
  • Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of access

  • We aim to provide continuous access to the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability

Access may be affected by:

  • Maintenance or updates
  • Technical issues
  • Changes to the platform or services
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership without notice if:

  • You breach these terms
  • You violate the Acceptable Use Policy
  • There is misuse, abuse, or legal risk
  • Termination may result in immediate loss of access without refund, in accordance with our Refund Policy

9. Relationship to Billing & Refund Policies

  • All payment, cancellation, and refund terms are governed separately within those documents

10. Changes to Membership Terms

  • We may update these Membership Terms at any time

  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms

11. Governing Law

  • These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
