
REFUND POLICY

Unsent Studio is a trading name of Darryl Barton.
1. Digital Content
All content provided through Unsent Studio is digital in nature.
By purchasing or subscribing, you acknowledge that access to digital content may begin immediately.
Under UK consumer law, once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, you may lose your right to cancel.
By purchasing, you expressly consent to immidiate access to digital content and acknowledge that this waives your statutory right to cancel where applicable.
2. Subscription Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following linited circumstances:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical errors resulting in inability to access content
- Billing errors
- Unauthorised or fraudulent transactions (subject to verification)
All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Restrict future access
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence of service derlivery.
