
I never thought about it before.
It was just one of those things you do without thinking—automatic, unquestioned, routine 
Stand, go, leave. That’s it.
No one ever tells you there’s another way. No one even suggests it. So you just carry on, assuming that’s how it’s meant to be 
Then one day, I noticed something different.
No rush. No noise. No sense of urgency. Just… calm.
And it sounds stupid when you say it out loud, but it made me pause 
Because how many other things do we do like that?
Not because they’re right. Not because they’re better.
Just because we’ve always done them that way.
That was the moment it clicked.
It’s not about standing or sitting.
It’s about realising how much of your life runs on autopilot… until something—or someone—quietly shows you there’s another way
